We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join us as Call Handlers working from our Head Office in Carlisle. This role will suit caring individuals with a professional and courteous manner and excellent communication skills. Call handlers ensure that patients receive the right care, in the right place, at the right time by giving advice and distributing calls appropriately. This is a role where every shift is different. Experience is in a similar role is essential.
There is more than one position available. Applicants must be available to work a minimum of 25 hours over a 4 week period, nightshifts are available Bank Shifts are not currently available. Hours will generally be in the out of hours, between 18.00 - 08.00 Mon Thursday, with full cover provided between 18.00 Friday until 08.00 Monday, although daytime options may be available. A rota pattern will be agreed for the successful applicant(s).
