MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB: A Sanctum Sales Associate typically has a wide range of responsibilities which enable company commercial objectives to succeed by acquiring new business. Working closely with clients to determine their needs, being empathetic, knowledgeable and attentive to answer questions about our healthcare service offering, products and features to make recommendations to empower clients to make informed decisions that can be life enhancing.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through ‘going the extra mile’ to drive sales and new business
- Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on services offered with holistic assessment and treatment innovative product features
- Provide structured and compassionate sales to welcome clients and be available to answer their queries, being receptive and knowledgeable on services and products offered to confidently and confidentiality discuss available options in keeping with our best practice and ethical standards
- Working dynamically to address and resolve any issues should they arise, maintaining high standards of client satisfaction by engaging in all protective processes e.g internal resolutions to neutralise complaints, resolve any issues or escalate in accordance to compliance policy as appropriate
- Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
- Team up with co-workers to ensure holistic, dynamic and responsive customer service
- Build authentic trust and positive professional relationships with clients
- Actively engaging in outbound and inbound activity (calls, emails, messaging v.mails) to maintain efficient responses to lead and sales queries
- To complete accurate administrative requirements by scheduling and assigning the chosen pathway of care
- Ensuring foresight and follow up as necessary on outstanding tasks that may delay effective progression for the assigned clinical services
- Ensure accurate accounting for all financial tasks pertaining to patient sales bookings, invoices, setting up regular payment plans and collecting overdue accounts/ credit control when required
- Recording and maintaining data in accordance with confidentiality and GDPR
- Complete all mandatory training for safe service provision, engage in regular training-retraining and liaise with management to address any gaps/ outstanding training needs through Continuous Professional and Personal Development (CPPD) opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing patients to enhance commercial growth
- Being responsive to the patient experience by maintaining the standards and procedures required for new business acquisition; measuring results against standards; making any necessary adjustment and reporting any complaints as per policy
- To meet sales targets and deadlines whilst recording and maintaining data
- Engaging in team meetings to help improve, suggest, plan and implement the patient support and systems to drive new opportunities for growth.Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the store’s design
- Take an authentic interest in mental health as a key business driver, communicating with business stakeholders to attract public positive reviews.
- Contributing to the team effort across the Multi- Disciplinary Team where necessary, maintaining good relationships with colleagues promoting diversity in the workplace.
- To take part in a 360 appraisal process, involvement in potential recruitment and providing mentorship to new team members.
- Liaising with other members of the sales team to generate ideas, including predicting the spending habits and needs of the patient market devising new sales strategies to increase profits, generate and present revenue reports,
- Recording and maintaining data related to daily, weekly and monthly and yearly growth reports e.g new client onboarding and experience reviews.
- Keeping management informed by curating, reviewing and analysing special reports; summarising information and identifying trends.
- To maintain healthy work-life balance, self care, personal and professional boundaries and to work within your competence asking for support when required
As a Sales Associate, you can also perform managerial/ Leadership tasks as you become more successful in your role. These tasks can involve:
- interviewing potential staff for the sales team
- providing mentorship to new team members
- delegating projects or tasks to other team members
- solving conflicts or disciplinary issues
- organising and generating sales reports on an annual basis
- meeting with management and senior executives to devise new sales strategies and identify opportunities for development
Required work experience:
It is an advantage if you have worked in a healthcare sales role with neurodivergent clients.
Skills: A successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, with an enthusiastic and proactive attitude to find solutions for people seeking specialist private neurodivergent healthcare services. Education:
A good standard of literacy, numeracy and IT skill is essential. GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
You will receive the training you need to do this job. This includes an introduction to the departments including observations of clinical care, how to use the IT and phone equipment and the procedures to follow.
